Fill-in the number of volunteers for each date and shift.  Please list 1st and 2nd choices in comment box below.   If you don't receive a confirmation from the Float Committee please do not come.   We do not want you to be disappointed.   We will schedule a maximum of 60 decorators  for each session and decorators can work at only one session.  A maximum of 45 members from one club can signup for any session. See the Decoration Schedule page for available dates and clubs scheduled for each session.  

The decoration schedule for the Rotary Float is full.  If you would like to decorate another float being constructed by Phoenix Decorating Company, send an e-mail to Daniel Thomas, Decorating Coordinator at  dthomasrotary@gmail.com  and he will try to get your group on another float.
