Decoration Schedule
This is the decorating schedule for the float showing the dates, times and signups to date. We need a maximum of 50 decorators for each session and volunteers can only work at only one session. A maximum of 15 members from one club can signup for any session.
On December 2nd, 9th, and 16th – Lunch will be from Noon to 12:30
On December 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, Lunch will be from Noon to 12:30 and Dinner will be from 6 pm to 6:30
Please Note: December 31st is if needed.

Guidelines for the Adult Supervisors of Volunteers
NEW!! Phoenix Decorating Company has updated its Float Decorator-waiver form for 2023.
All decorators who enter their building will be required to pre-sign this document.
They require that all youth under 18 years have this form signed by parent or guardian and those over 18 years of age sign as individuals.
Float Decorator Waiver Form
Phoenix will require all county mandates.
This includes masks indoors and social distancing.
At this time, there is no county mandate to provide proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test to decorate.
All volunteers will need to sign a photo waiver when they arrive at the decoration site.
Volunteer Photo Waiver
Our goal is to produce a prime award winning float and have a good experience.
Decorators may have the privilege of decorating another organization’s float at the Phoenix Decorating Company site if the number of decorators exceeds the needs for any shift.

Decorator Group, Sponsor Donations
The sponsoring clubs of groups signed up to decorate the float are asked to make a donation to the Rotary Rose Parade Float Committee of $15 or more per decorator.
Each decorator receives a t-shirt. This donation helps defray the additional cost of building this animated float which will be more fun and eye catching than ever.
Groups are limited to 15 decorators.
After you have signed up your Club for a session you will receive confirmation from the Decorating Committee.
