Decorator Group, Sponsor Donations
The sponsoring clubs of groups signed up to decorate the float are asked to make a donation to the Rotary Rose Parade Float Committee of $10 or more per decorator.
Each decorator receives a t-shirt. This donation helps defray the additional cost of building this animated float which will be more fun and eye catching than ever.
Groups are limited to 15 decorators.
After you have signed up your Club for a session you will receive confirmation from the Decorating Committee with instructions for making your donation. Your donation must be received within 10 days to hold their spot. Your signup is not confirmed until the donation is received.
Optimist International club members are invited to help decorate the float.
Optimist International President Adrian M. Elcock and his wife Ann will be riding on the RRPFC float along with the Rotary International President Mark Daniel Maloney and his wife Gay.

All volunteers will need to sign a photo waiver when they arrive at the decoration site.

Our goal is to produce a prime award winning float and have a good experience.
Decorators may have the privilege of decorating another organization’s float at the Phoenix Decorating Company site if the number of decorators exceeds the needs for any shift.
A club can sign up for more slots, but, only after a September 26, 2019 to allow other clubs to get their first choice.
